Travel & booking
- The first 70km of the round trip is included, covering Orange, NSW Central West and the towns around it. Beyond that it is $0.88 per kilometre of the return journey.
- A deposit of 25% of the total holds your date, with a minimum of $200. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Coverage hours are agreed upfront in your quote, with no fixed ceiling — additional hours can still be added on the day if it runs long.

How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Popular dates go months ahead, and anything inside a month is short notice — but ask anyway. If the date is free, it is free.
Do you travel?
Yes. The first 70km of the round trip is included, which covers Orange, NSW Central West and the towns around it. Beyond that it is $0.88 per kilometre of the return journey. Sydney, Bathurst, Dubbo and Mudgee are all regular trips.
How do I hold my date?
A deposit of 25% of the total secures the date, with a minimum of $200. Until it is paid the date stays open to other enquiries. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
When do I get the photographs?
A sneak peek within 72 hours, and the full edited gallery within 3 weeks. If you need it sooner, rush delivery brings the full gallery forward to 72 hours.
How are the photographs delivered?
Through a private online gallery you can view, download and share. Every package includes it.
Do you photograph traditional ceremonies?
Yes — traditional weddings and engagements are a regular part of the work, and the portfolio shows them.
What if the event runs long?
Coverage hours are agreed upfront in your quote, and there's no fixed ceiling — a longer job just gets a longer quote. If it runs past that on the day, additional hours are $250 each and can be added on the spot.
